Coffee and my Fertility

I've started my coffee journey since I am 18 years old. since then the possession towards coffee is undeniable.

Yes, no coffee earlier than that age. Back at my mom house there is no coffee, my family more to tea-tea person kah!. Teh o, Teh susu. 

and my 1st ever coffee is at Starbucks. Java Chip Frappuccino. Just a mild coffee with chocolate sauce and chocolate cookies.

Then i go for another taste, iced latte, iced caramel macchiato, iced americano. I love it cold.

Obviously the coffee needs to be slightly sweet. The only coffee without sugar that I've drink is iced americano with no added shot. Milk coffee taste better with sugar (personal taste).

People often says coffee will harm your fertility level. It makes you hard to get pregnant. No shit given. Coffee is a big yes to keep me sober in the morning. and Allhamdulillah. I am a mom now, and forever will carry that title. 


But, if you do have difficulties to conceive, better stop as what I do some goggling here based on a website

I do remember back days before i am married, I love to hang out at Starbucks just to enjoy my coffee alone. best feelings ever! i love the ambience. now, emmmm. 


Hence, when I am pregnant, I don't skip my coffee routine. I just reduce the intake in 1st trim, 2 cups every 3 days. hihi. In 2nd trim, From 3 cups per day (20oz/cup) to 2 cups per day (16oz/cup) and my son are healthy when he is born.

I do drinks nescafe and all instant coffee. Because why not? You know your body. Disclaimer : but do consult your doctor first ya.

Bateriku.com Our Saver For The Night

 The night we want out from my parents house to our home, the car suddenly have bad circulation at the air conditioner. suddenly the blower are decreasing functional. Husband decide to switch off the engine and try to restart it. Too bad  the engine are unable to back on track. So husband push the car at nearby corner to get better view since it is in the night, clearly unclear because of the so called dark mode hahah. Husband call bateriku.com for battery exchange. We suspect the battery is out of service since the last time I used the call are unable to start. There is a hint for the kong battery. 1stly you may notice the blower from air conditioner are getting weak.  2ndly, you may experience difficulty to start the engine. 3rdly, you can't even press the button to unlock the car. That is several hint for that. I do recommend all of us to install the apps !  They offer 18 months or 30k miles (which ever comes first) for the warranty, besides, they do trade in! the older battery
